A Safe Space To Chat

The JobzLab JobzClub was born 

It has been inspired and designed by those who want it and feel they need it, so it’s going to succeed– I’m just going to be a facilitator (and hopefully a slightly better timekeeper!).

The idea is a really simple one and is kind of two-fold

Firstly, and more than anything else, it is a safe space. A place to come and share (or just listen to) the challenges, triumphs, frustrations and ideas associated with a job search in 2021. 

Secondly, we will put in-place a simple process to allow us all to share (if we want to) our plans, priorities and targets for the coming week and to review our performance over the past week. (I’m circulating a simple template to help with this)

We want to help each other add structure and measurement to our efforts, but without feeling we are handing in our homework!
